Students will be able to calculate their own BMR’s create a good plan according to their goals. They will create a workout routine and gain knowledge that food is fuel. We will but the health and nutrition myths!
Yoga
Yoga Mindfulness and Breathing brings calming, centering, strengthening, and inspiring. Yoga poses can build strength, increase both balance, flexibility and shift perspective. Practicing Warrior Pose begins by placing one’s body in that shape. By adding mindfulness, while Warrior Post, confidence, focus, and perseverance builds. The breath can be adjusted to calm or to inspire. Yoga brings the mind into the body with with breath and is a practice to be in the present moment.
Dharma to come from a place of mindful duty.
